Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

    2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
    3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
    4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
    5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
    6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
    7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
    8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
    9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

    We ship orders out using UPS and USPS 2 of the most reliable shipping suppliers on the market. Any domestic order ( in the 48 states) totaling $99.00 and over ship FREE.. Most products we ship from MotoGiya Shop which is located in Delaware; and some products are drop shipped from one of the many warehouses we utilize around the country.

    MotoGiya shipping experts choose the right means to get you the product as fast as possible. If we feel that USPS will get you the product with in 1 Business day and on a Saturday we'll use that method from UPS.

    Oversize Items
    Oversized items such as Fenders, Full Race Farings, OEM Fairings, Bike Stands, Swingarm Conversion Kits, Full Exhaust Sytems and anything that ends up in a 'big-handle-with-care-box' will be considered oversized and will be charge additional $10 shipping.

    Backorders
    MotoGiya does not take backorders (Occasionally we do only with a depposit taken down to be put on the list.) If you place an order online and the item is on back order. We Do Not Take Your Money. You will be notified that the item is on back order and will also provide you with an estimate availability date. We can notify you when the item is available if you're interested in having us watch the item for you.We only charge for the items shipped out

    Tires
    Ground Shipping / 48 States only. An additional $5 per tire will be shipping charge will be added to your order. Tires do not qualify for free shipping.

    Delivery Policy
    All packages are Insured, we do not charge extra for insuring packages. Packages some packages are left at your door and do not require signature. Contact us if you want to make an exception.

    With-In 24 Hours Shipping
    Most orders placed before 2pm are shipped next day. So if you ordered something on Monday at 12pm We'll ship it out tuesday and you'll have it by Wednesday. Unless otherwise stated. Some occasions we have orders shipped same day and delivered next day to your location.
