Hassle Free Returns & Exchange Policy

If your order is incorrect or just doesn't fit, or maybe you just don't like the color anymore. We offer no hassle free exchange policy.

We even accept Exchanges for Close Out / Discontinued Items**

Exchange any new, non-closeout, unused or unlatered apparel, bike part within 30 days of receipt and you will not be charged a restocking fee. There's no restocking fee for store credit / exchanges; however if you want your money put back on your credit card a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your account.

No Exchanges will be taken on the following Items

  • Special Order Parts
  • Electrical Parts
  • FiberGlass Parts, including boywork, untertails, huggers and OEM Plastics
  • Tires

Exchanges do not qualify for Free Shipping for Returned and Shipped items. No fee is charged for customers looking to exchange their item. Second exchange a fee will be applied. The items being exchanged must be identical to the item purchased except for the size and color. For example if you purchased a ScorpionExo Helmet and it felt tight and you would like a larger size of the same helmet we are more than helping to freely exchange that item for you. No Extra Fee. We'll even ship it to you for FREE again.

Other Exchanges Will have 10% Restocking Fee.
10% Fee will be applied to your account for all other exchanges including for Color and Style. customer will also be charged for shipping costs to send a new item back to them. If you purchased an Exhaust system and wanted to return that exhaust for $600 for a Jacket and Helmet total order $300 you will be charged $60 restocking fee and credited the difference on your card.

Returns
If you need to return an item to our store. You have the choice to keep it as a store credit with no restocking fees at all, or have your card refunded less 15% Restocking fee.

Hardware, Performance Parts, Tools or Tires

  • Any part which has been installed on your motorcycle is not returnable
  • Tools that have been opened or removed from their packaging are not returnable.
  • 10% restock on returns for store credit, 15% restock fee otherwise

Defects
Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy. We will try our best to assist our customers in their warranty returns; however MotoGiya does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Damaged Goods
When ordering you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. We ship goods via UPS Grounds and USPS. We package all items per industry standards. Buyer agrees to inspect all order immediately upon receiving them to check for any damage. If there is any damage to any of the products in your order. Please contact the delivery carrier within 24 - 48 hours or Immediately regarding your package to place a damage claim.

Keep the shipping carton and all packaging materials, also take pictures with your phone or digital camera for proof when the carrier comes out to inspect your package. Unfortunately MotoGiya is unable to initiate the claim as it is on your property. Once shipment has left our shop we're no longer responsible.

Please Note

  • MotoGiya does not refund for return shipping to our store.
  • All returns must include original tags and packaging and must be shipped in a suitable shipping box. Items returned missing original package material and/or hangers will be assessed a $10 per item charge.

All Exchanges must have a RMA Number on the box. Please Write the number large on the box so we know who the box is coming from. We get hundreds of shipments in every day and we need to properly sort out the boxes. To obtain a RMA number call our store 302.295.8317 and we will give you one.

We will refused Returns / Exchanges If You:

  • Remove the tag from the item
  • Ship the item with out the originial package.
  • Used the item or installed it on your bike.
  • Purchased the item over 30 days (if still in original package we may consider)
  • Ship the item to us with missing parts. (Yes we check all items sent out.)

 

** Almost all the sportbike companies do not offer exchanges on Closeout / Discontinued items. We feel different about that. Why get stuck with something that doesn't work for you. We will accept the exchange on the item you purchased. We will provide you with a store credit to purchase something else. Absolutely NO Refunds. EXCHANGES ONLY.
